Centrals Blend Decaf CO2

Origin:
The coffee beans are soaked in water which increases the size and allows the caffeine to become mobile. The carbon dioxide (100% natural) is then added which acts like a magnet and attracts all the caffeine molecules enabling them to be removed. It is a very effective method of extracting caffeine which doesn’t affect the flavour or aroma of the beans and produces natural and 100% recyclable by products.
