Ugandan coffee from the small town of Kisinga in the Rwenzori region, harvested in 2019 arriving in the UK in March 2020. This coffee is sourced from a number of local communities from 1600 to 1900 metres above sea level. The cherries are first floated in water to separate and remove any second class cherries. The best cherries are then dried on raised African beds for a number of days before being finished in a drier.
