Ugandan coffee from the small town of Kisinga in the Rwenzori region, harvested in 2019 arriving in the UK in March 2020. This coffee is sourced from a number of local communities. The cherries are first floated in water to separate and remove any second class cherries. The best cherries are then dried on raised African beds for a number of days before being finished in a drier.
